I started back on Creatine today. Also started using PM protein last night.
so basically before workout I use nitric oxide ( no-explode ) post workout I use pro-nos whey protein ... in the AM and at night I use GNC PM protein.
Also during the day I am taking 1 tsp of creatine in a glass of orange juice ( fructose is needed for the creatine to work )
Plus I take one packet of animial pak vitamins.
I find that I am getting dehydrated
