I strength trained with a personal trainer and have been on again off again the past year or so. I am now recommitted to getting healthier, thinner and stronger as I enter my twilight years. So, am back at the gym doing three or four weight sessions a week. I consistently work towards moving up in weight although I am not lifting crazy heavy, but I have long since left the pastel colored girlie weights behind. Hope to see more ladies venture in here soon. With me and Liv by ourselves, the gym feels kind of empty...
