I strength trained with a personal trainer and have been on again off again the past year or so. I am now recommitted to getting healthier, thinner and stronger as I enter my twilight years. So, am back at the gym doing three or four weight sessions a week. I consistently work towards moving up in weight although I am not lifting crazy heavy, but I have long since left the pastel colored girlie weights behind.Hope to see more ladies venture in here soon. With me and Liv by ourselves, the gym feels kind of empty...
